About SPRIBE's Social Responsibility

SPRIBE — the studio behind the Aviator game — has taken part in verified humanitarian and philanthropic activities that go beyond its commercial operations. The company does not publish a formal standalone CSR or ESG report, but documented contributions exist in two distinct areas: humanitarian assistance during the conflict in Ukraine, and the personal philanthropic work of its founder focused on education and entrepreneurship.

Humanitarian Support (Ukraine)

In March 2022, SPRIBE contributed £11,000 to a coordinated fundraising initiative called "Gaming Industry for Ukraine," organised by members of the European iGaming sector in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the war. The funds raised through this campaign were directed to the charity Choose Love, which provides emergency assistance including medical supplies, shelter access, transportation support, and legal aid for civilians displaced by the conflict.

The campaign ultimately exceeded its target, collecting more than £250,000 in total. SPRIBE, listed under its registered entity name Spribe OU, was named among the principal contributors alongside other established names in the global gaming and betting industry. The collected funds were distributed to non-governmental organisations delivering direct relief operations in and around Ukraine.

Founder Philanthropy (Education & Entrepreneurship)

SPRIBE's founder and CEO, David Natroshvili, has pursued personal philanthropic work in the area of education and support for early-stage entrepreneurs.

In 2025, David Natroshvili and his wife made a private donation to Kutztown University in the United States, where he completed his MBA degree. In recognition of the contribution, the university formally dedicated a new facility in his name: the "David Natroshvili Small Business Development Suite." The suite serves as a resource hub for student entrepreneurs, supporting innovation, small business planning, and campus-based mentorship. The university described the facility as a contribution with a "lasting impact" and positioned it as a model of private giving that creates tangible benefit for future founders.

Official communications from Kutztown University confirm that a ribbon-cutting ceremony took place and identify Natroshvili as the founder and CEO of SPRIBE. The university noted that his donation was made with the intention of helping to "inspire future entrepreneurs" and strengthening practical business development pathways for students on campus.

Responsible Growth & Ethics

SPRIBE presents itself as a technology-driven iGaming innovator, and the record of activity above reflects a commitment that extends into areas outside its core business. The company's documented approach to social responsibility includes:

  • financial contributions to humanitarian relief during acute crisis situations;
  • personal investment in education infrastructure and support for entrepreneurship;
  • and an ongoing commitment to promoting responsible gaming standards across the regulated markets in which it operates.

Although SPRIBE does not release a dedicated annual report on charitable or corporate social responsibility activities, the actions documented on this page demonstrate that both the company as an entity and its leadership as individuals have directed financial resources toward humanitarian aid and toward longer-term economic opportunity through the education sector.
